The whole court case should a stopped when mojang proposed a quake match to settle it all but Bethesda didnt accept. I can see why Bethesda took this far though if mojang got the rights they wanted to the word "scrolls" mojang could sue Bethesda for quiet abit and any other company that has used the word "scrolls" in anything TV, Films, games . But on the other hand Bethesda should be helping the littler companies out and who actually calls any of the elder scroll games by their full title even in the link above they refer to Bethesda next game as Skyrim not Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
